11th and 12th grade students who are receiving need-based scholarships at CCHS are eligible to receive ACT and SAT exam fee waivers. If you need to request a fee waiver, please complete this form. 

Please note:
- Requests take between 2-3 business days. 
- Students will be notified via their CCHS email if their request has been approved or not.

SAT Waivers 
  • Students are only eligible to receive one (1) SAT exam fee waiver valid for two (2) free SAT tests.
  • No late registration fees for free tests.
  • No cancellation fees.
  • Students can receive up to 2 copies of the Answer Service.
  • Students have access to unlimited score reports.
  • Free CSS Profile applications to apply for financial aid from participating colleges.
  • Waived application fees at participating colleges.
ACT Waivers
  • Students are only eligible to receive four (4) ACT waivers.
  • Covers basic registration fee on national tests taken in junior or senior year.
  • Allows any number of free additional score reports after registration.
  • Includes access to test prep at registration.
  • Waived application fees at participating colleges.
